Facilities
There are numerous hiking trails which wind through the 140 acres of forest and meadow and along the private 3/4 mile of shoreline.
Docking facilities are available for small or large vessels for direct access into Killarney Bay.
The lodge anc cabins faces Pine Island Channel of Georgian Bay and the Killarney Ridge of the South La Cloche Range.
Small water craft can navigage the bay, but care should be taken to avoid shoals in Pine Island Channel facing the lodge and the open
water on Killarney Bay on windy days.
Spectacular views from the top of Killarney Ridge include the open water expanses of Georgian Bay, Manitoulin Island and even the Bruce Pennisula.
The Killarney Provincial Park Office at George Lake is located 8 km. east along Highway 637. Please visit the Ontario Parks Killarney Website for more information on the park.
A trail from the Lodge leads around Lamorandiere Bay and directly into the Provincial Park near Killarney Peak

There are many activities in the area and outfitters to help you explore them.
Killarney Adventures is located in Killarney Town on 36 Channel Street. They provide outfitting
services as well as guided trips for paddlers or hikers. Telephone number 705-287-2797.
Killarney Outfitters is located several kilometres east on Highway 637. They rent canoes, kayaks and camping equipment
and carry outdoor clothing and equipment. Visit the Killarney Outfitters website

The town of Killarney is located about 2 km west along Highway 637. There is a General Store, LCBO, restaurants and
small shops. The wharf area on Channel Street is an interesting place to observe town life and watch fishing boats return
with their catches. Fresh or smoked fish are usually available.
